I create content for small businesses be it design for print or web design and more recently videos.

 My journey started in reprographics, working for a large printers in Tewkesbury doing proper ‘old school’ cut and paste, painting opaque onto negatives and planning up 4 colour films then making the plates for the presses. Why is that important? Because it’s a grounding in print that gives me a deep understanding of the process involved in creating artwork that doesn’t end in the sending of a PDF to the printers. 

I could see the industry changing and was head hunted by Future Publishing in Bath to retouch the company’s magazine covers. This gave me an intimate knowledge of production and a deep understanding of the Adobe suite that allows me to take the creative lead on accounts across all disciplines from high-end image manipulation for print to online and multimedia as well. 

My experience is broad and far-reaching, performing in central creative roles for award winning agencies including Mason Zimbler, Attinger Jack, One Brand Group, Wow Creative and Tiger Red. I have delivered integrated global campaigns for iconic and challenger brands alike from Microsoft, Fujitsu and Oracle to Sophos, Kingston Technology and Star Internet, with a guiding principle in clear, compelling creative artwork that connects brands to their audience. 

As a freelance creative I have spread my wings further, offering design, insight and art direction to agencies whilst building my own personal client base. I enjoy creative challenges wherever I find them, driven by a love of the process, helping clients to meet their ambitions and taking them beyond expectations.
